• Cote Hill Lindum (approx 300g) – A rind washed cheese, deliciously savoury
• Cote Hill Yellow (approx 300g) – Soft buttery & unctious
• Cote Hill Red (approx 300g) – a sweet nutty semi hard cheese
• Cote Hill White (approx 90g) – Just a few days old at eating, light, fresh with an lemony zing
• Cote Hill Snowdrop (approx 90g) - A fresh cheese matured and mould ripened with geotrichum candidum, it’s soft smooth and rich, with a savoury nose
