Cote Hill Snowdrop awarded Supreme Champion at the 2024 British Cheese Awards!
A fresh cheese matured and mould ripened with geotrichum candidum, it’s soft smooth and rich, with a savoury nose.
Named in honour of Cynthia, Michael’s mother who started the dairy at Cote Hill Farm in 1963. It was her favourite flower growing abundantly in her garden which welcomed the start of a new year.
